This English translation of the privacy policy is provided for convenience. The German version is legally authoritative. The following information explains how we process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and applicable German data-protection law.

4. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website — for this, the server log files must be collected.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
Cookies and consent management
On your first visit to our website you will be asked for your consent via a cookie banner. You can choose between “Accept all”, “Necessary only” and individual settings. Your selection is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
We distinguish the following categories: Necessary cookies (required for operation of the website), Statistics (e.g. Google Analytics) and Marketing (e.g. Google Ads). Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after your express consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Tag Manager & Consent Mode
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag-management service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We manage website tags centrally via GTM — including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
We use Google Consent Mode V2. Tracking services are blocked by default and activated only after your consent. Consent signals are transmitted to Google via the dataLayer. The following consent types are recorded: analytics_storage (statistics), ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization (marketing/Google Ads).
If you have allowed statistics cookies, information about your use of this website (e.g. pages visited, dwell time, source of access) is transmitted to Google. If you have allowed marketing cookies, conversion data and remarketing information for Google Ads may be processed.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Where data is transferred to the USA, Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can additionally prevent collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
5. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
6. Retention period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for data processing ceases to apply. If you assert a legitimate request for erasure or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial-law retention periods); in the latter case, erasure takes place after those reasons cease to apply.
7. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and dated July 2026. As a result of the further development of our website and offerings, or due to changed statutory or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
